Membership in Pennsylvania HLAA chapters is separate from membership in our national organization, Hearing Loss Association of America, a volunteer, nonprofit, non-sectarian educational organization devoted to the welfare and interest of those who cannot hear well. HLAA. annual dues are $35 and include a wonderful bi-monthly magazine, Hearing Loss.
