If you or someone that you care about has a disability, or is over the age of forty and was denied equal employment opportunities based on disability and age such as being forced into early retirement, we want to hear from you!

Two years after the enactment of the first civil rights bill of the third millennium, the Notification and Federal Anti-Discrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002, (No FEAR Act) the No FEAR Coalition is now focusing on disability and age based discrimination in the work force with the help of a sub-coalition, No FEAR for People With Disabilities (NoFEAR4PWD).

Based on your disability and age were you denied:

  • An individual assessment?

  • Timely and effective accommodations to perform your job duties?

  • Working from your home?

  • Reassignment?

  • Job modifications?

  • Assitive listening device during meetings?

  • Telephone amplification?

  • Large computer monitor?

  • Adaptive software?

  • Physical access to your place of employment such as elevators, bathrooms, through doors, computer training rooms, libraries, cafeterias, fitness/exercise rooms?

  • Accommodations during job trainings?

  • Promotion(s) based on denial of job trainings?

  • Interpreters during meetings?

  • Other accommodations?

Lastly, were you denied accommodations during the processing of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) discrimination complaints by the employer or agency that processed your complaint, the EEO investigator, and/or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission?

We want to hear from you, so that disability and age based discrimination can be redressed. All responses will be strictly confidential!
